Here are a few pictures of the "before" state. They show how the condo looked before the remodeling started. All in all, the condo was freshly painted and had newly finished hardwood floors. So it didn't look too bad, but the layout wasn't very functional and the kitchen and bathroom were outdated.
This is the partition wall that closes off the kitchen.

Bathroom had old pink tiles that had cracks. Vanity was super small. To the left is the shower room. It is too small and dark to be used as a shower room.
